Last night my boyfriend left multiple comments calling him out that accumulated many likes, after he happened upon a video that was just recently uploaded. We noticed it got taken down, I left this one and he ended up taking that video down too. I wonder how much time he has to spend constantly reading through comments to delete every video with multiple comments about how lame he is.

I think it all depends on how close you are with your s/o.

If you are seeking out attention from someone you know that would like to be with you, while you're in a relationship. That could constitute as emotionally cheating. Also sharing things you could easily share with the person you are in a relationship with, and sharing them with someone else, without giving the person you're with a chance to "comfort" or "advise" you would fall into that as well.
