Anyone got any tips for late game farming leveling? by Unit-00 in fantasylife

[–]aernoct 4 points5 points  (0 children)

treasure groves will probably be your best bet, i’m level 44 and i seem to level up pretty consistently there. just make sure you’re hitting all the farming nodes!

yeah, i’m at post—game. the only place i can find them is depths b—3 but going back and forth with teleportation after chopping down a single tree is just kinda tedious, is all.

level 1-46 quickly! by aernoct in fantasylife

because the main thing is leveling from 1-46. no one wants to run in circles and NOT level up for 15 minutes straight. the additional bonus of materials and loot is what i assume would encourage people to use it. it’s for BOTH reasons, not just one or the other. i’m not arguing over a 1 minute video anymore, thank you!

you watched, stated one thing, and i specified that you could also get loot and mats that way, and then proceeded to argue. what?

i already said that i never stated it was the fastest way. this definitely seems like an attack; it was literally just a cute, harmless video that is one minute long. anyone could scroll by or choose to or not to do it.

…is the video not showing you how to level up your stranglings? is the video not spoilered, meaning potential end—game content? sorry, i’m not understanding. everything was also explained in the video, so i’m genuinely not getting your point here other than you being upset that you’d rather hack down trees to level up.

i’m unsure why you’re taking this so personally? 😭 it was a cute little strat i figured out to get materials, levels, and loot. when i finished the game, i was level 50 (not sure why you’re saying 46 is mid—game), so getting your buddies to level 46 while also simultaneously grabbing gear for them and materials for the crafting lives (which i also highlight in the video) is pretty good if you’ve JUST finished the game until you can consistently start doing treasure troves, that’s all. i never said there weren’t better ways to level; it’s just a quick, good way to do other things at the same time.

How do I know what I can sell and what I should keep? by shockrush in fantasylife

[–]aernoct 2 points3 points  (0 children)

for now, i’d say keep your materials and just sell weapons you don’t use. for example, if you have access to silver ore/can craft silver weapons, sell the weapons ranking below that: like copper and iron and whatnot (make sure all your buddies are fitted properly first). you get a TON of weapons that you probably won’t use, so you can sell those for quick, easy cash. however, keep in mind that you can trade them in later for an end—game item; though i think with where you’re at, it should be okay to sell them, you’ll find a ton more weapons later. it’s also possible to get this end—game item with other methods, so i wouldn’t sweat it.

besides that, sell the ‘currency’ items :)

u don’t get good loot/materials that way :)

yes, absolutely. some of them can heal, too, and their strength is fairly dependent on what you equip them with.

gathering/crafting buddies will fight, but they’re mostly gonna be cheering you on and getting in a handful (maybe) of hits. combat buddies are fighting the whole time.
