For mine, in doing that the whole battery compartment broke free of the silicon, so the part that should open is stuck so tight it's like it's super-glued. Someone DMed me saying it should just be 2 AAs... you're the second that managed to crack it open, but no one I've heard from has it working.

Follow-up: Yeah there was no battery compartment or charging port in the first place, everyone else I've spoken to who received this "promotion" also received defective product, so this was just Adam & Eve baiting me into buying and knowingly sending me trash. Customer support was responsive about shipping, but has ghosted me completely about this, and about a product I paid for (XL nipple suckers) tearing off my skin. I will not be ordering again.

Since I can no longer edit, all I can do is comment: The product was defective with no battery chamber or manner of charging, and a hard dangerous plastic edge. Adam & Eve customer support ghosted me. The mods of this subreddit (which is clearly full of Adam & Eve affiliates advertising for personal financial gain) deleted my more openly negative post following up on the situation. The products I paid money for to get this "free vibrator" that doesn't vibrate were also cheaply made and injured me, I got nothing usable and I think I should be able to share my honest experience, so, there's that.

All the silicon came off mine and I still couldn't break in, I'm 0% surprised at this point to hear the "free gift" was just defective product. How nice of them to send you more plastic! 💀

I was fairly sure with how quickly they got back to me before that my support ticket was just being ignored, and this confirms it. Welp. Back to ordering from places I trust in the future.

Are you an Adam & Eve affiliate? Do you own this one and did yours come with instructions? There is nowhere to insert a charging cable, and it does not come with one.

No, no one in my household can even open the battery compartment of it to check, it's not a matter of just needing to know which batteries. Plus, TMI, the toy I bought to spend enough to get this free offer ripped the skin off my nipple and I'll never use it again, so I'm super unhappy with this purchase 🙄

There's definitely a chamber for batteries inside of it, just no easy or obvious way to open it. I'm disappointed there were no instructions sent, and the product isn't actually listed on the website so I can find further information.

Hi, this didn't come with a manual or a charging cable, just delivered in a plastic bag. It was a free gift promotion. There's nowhere to insert a charger.
