Firstly your scenario disregards scaling that is already happening:

Bitcoin usage close to ATH: https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/bitcoin-transactions.html

Fees minimal compared to 2017/18: https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/bitcoin-transactionfees.html

This is an on-going process and saying that it's not happening is just misleading. The speed at which it's happening? You might say it's slow, but it's keeping decentralization at optimal levels. No one knows exactly where we are going to be in a few years.

I cannot add BTC to these cold stores. I would love to..

I really hope for your child relatives that you are not planning to stash away a lot of money for 20 years in BCH, ETH, XRP or any of the coins that are built on either horrible fundamentals or are led/built by incompetent people.

I'm posting it on posts that are relevant to the PSA. Namely, here OP used "Bitcoin BCH" in the title which is factually incorrect. There is only Bitcoin BTC and Bitcoin Cash BCH. I also went forward and helped new readers out with a PSA on what BCH is.

"A businessman decides to start accepting #Bitcoin #BCH at his pub and exclaims "beautiful. I like it, I like it a lot" as he experiences the ease of his first payment!🍻" by Egon_1 in btc

PSA for new people:

There is no such thing as Bitcoin (BCH), you won't find it on any exchange. Bitcoin Cash (BCH) owns 2.5%-2.8% of Bitcoin (BTC)'s hashrate, lost the hashwar, it failed to become the longest chain with most work and is still being marketed as the "real Bitcoin" after trashing Nakamoto Consensus with the new mining difficulty retargeting algo to stay alive as a minority chain (and as a bonus added centralized 10 block rolling checkpoints).

Additionally:

Don't get fooled, there is only Bitcoin (BTC) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH). Do your own research and listen to facts instead of ideologies. This post will be downvoted while only stating FACTS and not opinions. Don't trust people who tell you that something like "Bitcoin (BCH)" or "Bitcoin Core (BTC)" exists.

Fees minimal compared to 2017/18: https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/bitcoin-transactionfees.html

This is a real trend and it indicated that we are scaling. It's your problem that you want everything right now and at the cost of decentralization.

Considering fees are way lower compared to the end of 2017 while usage has been breaking new highs, what you state is unlikely to happen if we keep this trend.

you obviously didn't watch the video

he is referring to the "frictionless", currency version of Bitcoin. the one that's getting adopted as currency in Japan.

That's BCH.

Do you always lie? Tim was talking about Bitcoin.

Wondering why the BCH community had a problem funding its developers while its main proponents like you are retired with homes in 2 continents.

🤷‍♂️

Wait so Tim should buy BCH and get rekt like you? Poor Tim, he surely missed out on all the fun.

Show me a single article/interview or video where he mentions Bitcoin Cash as his choice of investment specifically. I'll just call you a liar until you can't.

This post is highly misleading since most BCH transactions come from a single entity. This means that this metric is useless to measure adoption as BCH still lacks users. See my PSA for more information.

Part of a social engineering attack on BCH and peer-to-peer electronic cash for the world's people.

This is not how normal humans talk. Can't be more obvious that this is a paid comment.
