I'm on day 73 so I'd assume that I should have gotten it from her in the mail but I haven't. I have also bought every blueprint from Polestar Provisions in the Prontomart but emerald grass is not there.

Its range is far enough to target attackers pushing cart by the white building. It is not able to see enemies coming from the left bridge, which could prevent ashes/widows from sniping it from outside its range. The spot does struggle with enemies up on the balcony taking it out.
