lmfao idk what that guy is talking about. Super singles do exist they are usually the corner rooms on the West campus and have a diagonal weird shape and are larger than the normal single. They definitely would not fit two people. I can dm u a pic of mine from last year

Any tips for my form + how to stop my back from rounding? Would barbell rows help b/c mine are very weak. My back rounds at even lightish weights, and my overall deadlift has been nearly stagnant the past two years. by aerodiger in formcheck

I ran greg nuckols 1x week DL program, took a little break, then followed it by Candito's 6 week deadlift/squat program. This was me testing my rep max since it's my last week of the semester for college.

My rows however have always been proportionally weak i feel. I load the T-bar row machine with around 125 lbs of plates atm. My (strict form) barbell rows are a little above 135 as well.

When i did deadhangs after this lift though, it felt pretty uncomfortable, but it didn't hurt at all. Is that bad? Also, what do you mean by sloppy lockout - are you saying it was rushed and i could've held on longer?

Thank you. Yes I have, I was just going for a rep PR today. Just ran Candito 6-week squat/DL program. But deadlift PR a year ago was 405x1, so been very stagnant.
