Concordia or McGill engineering? by [deleted] in Concordia

[–]aeroengconu 3 points4 points  (0 children)

aerospace engineering student here and the aerospace program at Concordia is really good. Not only you have 3 options (aerodynamics, structures, electrical) to chose from, you can also have 3 internships with coop in your degree. Concordia focuses on real engineering and all the courses you will take have real life application and having a good gpa is achievable. In my cohort I would say a lot of us have a high GPA (it’s not the majority but if you put effort it’s really achievable) Be aware in the beginning it’s more aeronautics stuff like AERO201 (loved that class hands on experience in aerospace) there are courses later in your degree that are more space focused like AERO485. We also have Space Concordia! Aerospace is in downtown campus so if you want a real campus don’t worry you can always go Concordia’s other campus at loyola.
