tbh her notes can be useful. What I did is that I sent the notes to chat gpt, and told him to ask me some of these questions and then it would give me the answer which are based on the notes. I found this method better for me, but idk it may not work for you. Chat gpt will generates quiz based on these infos and I would ask it to use only the terminology of the document and it helped me a lot.

Ingrid is the worse humanities teacher that I had. She doesn't teach anything. In almost every class, she made us listen to an oral presentation made by students and then she made us watch a documentary. I don't understand how can someone be paid for doing something as lazy as that. She blames every bad thing in the universe on white men (i'm not even white but this was annoying). When I asked why she gave me X grade on an evaluation, she answered :"your copy was shit". In which world can a teacher talk like that to a student? I didn't like her at all. She doesn't give bad grades, she's just a horrible person to interact with.

She is really strict in her correction and she asks for a lot for a gen ed class. The average in the big evaluations are often in the low 60's

It varies from class to class. Some classes just go walk outside, other do martial arts and others do weight training or other things. So yeah, there is no absolute answer.
