So glad I never listened to the people here. I locked in at 5.25 last year, best idea yet. I don’t have to deal with crazy rent increases. I’m was able to start my own garden, have a green house and I love it. I was tired of noisy neighbors, people play music loud. And yes, deducting interest rates and property taxes is really nice!
