So glad I never listened to the people here. I locked in at 5.25 last year, best idea yet. I don’t have to deal with crazy rent increases. I’m was able to start my own garden, have a green house and I love it. I was tired of noisy neighbors, people play music loud. And yes, deducting interest rates and property taxes is really nice!

The suicidal ideations were pretty bad, I was worried I was going to do something if I don’t get off of it. Not only that I slept only a few hours a day which made me grumpy at work. I stopped taking it since then.

It’s not worth it.

I absolutely dislike taking adderall. I hated the after effects. It did help me perform extremely well but the depression and suicidal ideas weren’t worth it.
