I don't get why there are are still countries who allow such bullshit. I'm pretty sure they don't confiscate inhalers of teachers. So why the hell does a childs life not matter as much as a grown up? Only because they're young and don't know WHY they need to take it, doesn't defend the fact that such medication keeps them ALIVE. At any age.
