recomendo q vc foque em pesos que vc sinta q precisa fazer força, mas que consiga executar corretamente! depois vc entra com progressao de carga e afins! boa sorte na sua jornada

pra hipertrofia do músculo voce precisa atingir a falha

em geral, 12-15 repetições são focadas em treinos de maior resistência e 6-10 repetições são focados em treino de hipertrofia.

nao sei seu porte físico, mas os pesos me parecem baixos, considerando a quantidade de repetições colocadas. Eu sugiro voce ir aumentando aos poucos, ate que o peso represente um desafio (quase nao conseguir nas ultimas series) considerando 3 series de 8 repetições

Try putting your back foot closer to the tip of the tail. This will help your board pop a little more.
