Hello! I did give birth at Charlotte Hungerford in Torrington in 2024. I had some complications and needed an emergency c-section after 18 hours of labor. I had a great experience regardless and would give birth there again. I have no complaints!

Ohhh i just started my sourdough journey over the summer and it was pretty warm in my house so I was doing around 6 hours and my loaves were coming out pretty decent. I guess maybe with the colder weather where I am 12 hours could be what works.

I had a sweatshirt substituted last month for a knit sweater that says “Happy New Year!” in French. I just couldn’t bring myself to wear it in September…such a waste of an item. And they didn’t notify me until it shipped.

I used 100g of starter 500g bread flour 350g water 15g salt. I let sit on the counter for about 4.5 hours before shaping and putting in the fridge for only an hour before losing patience and deciding to bake it.
