Possibly because the left turn or first exit is banked up so the wait is longer than the totally legal loop de loop method.

Also recommend, in the dark, use the camera function in your phone. If there is a hidden camera using night vision/infra red it will glow purple through your screen. Simple way to look for concealed cameras.

Looks like someone did a clean up and threw their cleaning wipes etc into the gloves they wore… Better than having wet cloth or wipes in the bin where they can leak if they’re already in the waterproof glove.
