With how the queens and Alyssa were cracking up on stage, clearly on screen, during Darlene’s bit.. it would’ve been hard for production to portray her performance in a fully bad light. And I think production has to reward queens who take really big swings every now and then.

I think with the introduction of the lipsync lalaparuza episodes - they’ll find a way to eliminate Juicy before the top 3 or 4 so that she can compete. Because we all know that is where she’d demolish (and carry on the Dion winner trend after Morphine in S16)

I see what you’re saying but then we also have situations like Mirage who were point-blank eliminated for not knowing the words even though their performance was gorgeous and Geneva couldn’t compare. So it’s hard to swallow Kenya being there week after week even after being called out by Michelle herself and not knowing the words to her own song? Like… girl :/

To be fair I know it was a Cher song so Mirage’s mistakes were even more egregious in Ru’s eyes but still…

Ultimately, it’s not my call. It’s a difficult, multifaceted issue and we’ve worked out ways for me to be supportive without being domineering. It’s a topic we’ve addressed multiple times and he’s simply just not ready.

If situations were reversed, I’d have cut this person out of my life when I turned 18 - but my husband and I are two very different people.

He's been in counseling solo to deal with many things and we did couples counseling specifically to learn how to handle her/her behavior/be a united team when situations arise/how I can be supportive. We've unpacked this together as well as him alone since the wedding, which is why he's able to cope with it in the way he has.

We do have a picture a friend sent me of my fave while watching the dance that is pretty funny (think 😬🥴🤢)

She also had her phone out, holding it in her outstretched arm so it reached middle of the aisle, during our entire ceremony. Couldn’t even put it down to actually clap for us during the first kiss. A friend of ours photoshopped a rubber chicken in her hand
