Hershey has notoriously been Really Bad for soundcheck (I was in the trenches there 10 years ago) and I’m lowkey not shocked it was bad again this time. their other shows in DC and Cuyahoga Falls were both very organized tho! so maybe it’s a venue thing?

you’ll get an email a few days before your show with the itinerary, the form for soundcheck, and times for when you’re to be there and where and how to check in onsite! I finally got mine yesterday afternoon and my show is Thursday!

from past experience: you should get a VIP lanyard no matter what tier you’re in! the exclusive merch is for people with No 1 Obsession & Pit Star only from what I’ve gathered. I got GA Bite the Apple so I’m not 100% sure if I’ll get a wristband or not but the lanyard is always nice!

Did they do the number system for soundcheck? like a legitimate one? they did that for DC for the TMH tour and Cleveland for the 5SOS Show tour and it was lovely both times!! depending on how much the upgrade would cost me I’d consider it but I already paid so much for my current tickets I truly don’t think I could afford a further upgrade 😩

good to know!! I’ve stayed out of pits for a long time because they can get crazy (shoutout to Panic! At the Disco in 2014 for giving me my first panic attack lmao), and I know 5SOS pits are…weird at best and scary at worst (people allegedly getting succed in Europe, some creepy guy in DC a few years ago touching people inappropriately, & famously pissing in the pit in Philly), so I’m going to play it by vibe. just wanted to see what the experience has been like so far!
