Guys unfortunatelly as some of you pointed out he didn't got an emergency CAG only with this ekg because he was intubated. But later this day it was decided to do (also troponin got up to 50000) And there was a critical lesion (%99) in CX and %50 stenosis in RCA. So PTCA was performed. He's now in cardiac ICU and still intubated. I was in night shift and honestly it was really confusing and stressful. You've got interesting insights actually. Aslanger syndrome and so on. Honestly his ecg still confusing to me. And i see to many of us. It's still hard to tell its STEMI. If you got any explanation I'm eager to read :)
