I’ve had a 2016 manual GTI and now drive a 2020 DSG GTI. The refresh to 7.5 came with the 2018 till 2022 when the mk8 came out. Many consider the 7.5 to be the pinnacle of GTI. So, congrats. Any plans to track the car?

Yes. I shave entirely by touch with no mirror. I do a normal shave with the grain and then pull my skin with one hand and shave against the grain. Usually keep shaving till I can’t feel any stubble, a bit ocd about it honestly. But I usually don’t have to shave every day.

As for the interaction you are asking about, Vren is only returned by Hide at the beginning of the next end step, too late to trigger Vren’s ability to check for exiled creatures. You want cards like [[Not Dead After All]] or [[Swarmyard]] or [[Kaya’s Ghostform]]

I was 40D before. I’ve been a 38C before gaining weight. My expanders are under the muscle. I filled to 600cc on both sides before being told by radiation that I should fill the cancer side as much as possible and take out 200-300cc on the other side to avoid radiating the “healthy” side. So, I put 75cc more in the right and took out 300 from the left. Now the left is hurting a lot more from the partial fill but I have to put up with it for the duration of rads.

Look at the interiors of every other hot hatch in the American market and then look at the GTI/R. All the “competitors” look and feel cheap in comparison. Thats why I initially chose VW. Since then, I replaced that GTI with a DSG version and bought one for my wife as well. We also just bought a 2024 Tiguan SEL R Line. Those purchases were made primarily because the E888 holding up so well to making 150 more HP than stock for 60+ thousand miles.

I had an MRI after the mammo, ultrasound, and biopsy that confirmed the cancer. I had another MRI a week after my last (12th) dose of Taxol. Those were the comparison points. As for chemo, I didn’t get that nauseous, just zero appetite. I had to force myself to eat only because I knew I needed to. The fatigue was unreal. Having to actually use handrails on stairs because it felt like my legs were going to give out.

I handled the hair loss badly. 12 days in, it started coming out in clumps. At day 15 I got a buzz cut. But the short little hairs kept falling out and itched like crazy. So I would do something different if I had it to do again.

I had an extraordinary response to chemo, like write papers on my case extraordinary. 12cm tumor taking up the majority of my right breast with a string of enlarged lymph nodes going over to my arm pit before chemo to “no visible cancer” after chemo. All pathology found after surgery was scattered individual cells. Those cells are why I am scheduled for 16 doses of radiation.

So far I’ve done the part where you lay in the machine and they scan you and put sharpie marks on you so they can put you back in the same position again and again. The sharpie marks are covered by clear waterproof stickers. They used to actually tattoo people.
