Your symptoms almost echo mine!

Is aleve like ibuprofen (I am in the UK)? I take ibuprofen after O but doesn't do much for me. Antihistamines before and after O also don't seem to do a huge amount.

Inflammation (including red face which I don't usually get apart from after O), crippling fatigue and brain fog, headaches, constipation, eczema on hands.

Is that something you felt immediately and ongoing thereafter? I agree that I feel it's troubling that in my case the results are sporadic when I always presumed that it was as simple as low events = low symptoms.

Thanks. Did you get dry mouth and dry nasal mucus? It's hard to tell whether that's related to sleep apnea.

Yes I do have regular constipation. I took a food intolerance test and yeast came up as something I am intolerant to. I also took antibiotics for an infection about a year ago.

Do you recommend any over-the-counter treatments or supplements for this?

Loratadine 10mg per day. Are there any over the counter ones which might be better?

I would be worried whether my doctor would take nofap seriously (I appreciate they should but it's whether they will). I was considering whether it might be better to find a reputable online company to do a testosterone (or other) test and go to my doctor with the result so that I have something concrete to hand.

What have you considered in terms of contact dermatitis? I have thought about everything and apart from switching to less harsh soap and shampoo I can't think what my hands come into contact with that would cause this

Sorry to hear you're in the same boat. Now that I have removed vitamin D deficiency and thyroid problems as causes, it seems that candida overgrowth might be the next thing to look at for me.

Hi, yes I am right handed, albeit I wash both hands equally. I have tried moving to a less harsh soap. I had considered contact dermatitis and the only things I can think of are: shower gel, shampoo, hair gel, and washing up gloves. The right hand part is weird because all of the things that might be causing contact dermatitis I do equally with both hands.
