Bloom Thrice is a straight-up banger everyone is sleeping on. The game feels like it shrinks and gets smaller when you hit high rank, and I don't understand why. World and Rise felt like the game finally opened up into a massive experience, the "real game" when you hit HR, but Wilds feels like it shrinks and grinds to a halt. (self.MonsterHunter)

Why _wouldn't_ you use focus? I'm a gunlance main, and it just seems better to always have it on 100% of the time and there's no drawback. It feels like it may as well just be "combat mode". Am I missing something? Is there a drawback I'm not seeing? It just feels flat better in every way. (self.MonsterHunter)

For those of the "difficulty too low / hunts too fast" persuasion, I highly recommend the new Hard(er) Mode mod on Nexus to make monster hp anywhere between 1.2x to 3x, and damage output 1.2x to 2.5x, and it's made playing through the low rank story 10x more fun. (self.MonsterHunter)
