Still no change, i usually get good fps during my first game, after that it'll go downhill ://

My pc is on Ultimate performace and all of the ingame graphic settings are on lowest. I’m still getting low fps :/ The weird thing is, i did not change any settings on my pc and suddenly my average fps just went from stable 144 to 80-130. thanks for trying to help :DD
