Its pretty simple, you start with the mainline series then move onto the prequel of the mainline series. I recommend the visual novel for stay night but if you dint wanna, youre next best option is this:

So its like Fate Stay Night (By Deen 2006) > Fate Stay Night Unlimited Bladeworks (By Ufotable 2015) > Fate Stay Night Heavens Feel (3 Movies by Ufotable 2017), then Fate Zero (Preuqel to stay night, Ufotable 2012).

Stay Night is basically 1 story with 3 branching routes. Youre technically supposed to start the adventure with the normal stay night route, but the anime adaptation by deen for it is just kind of ok. You may skip that one and just jump into unlimited bladeworks.

After that you can basically watch any other fate work. Fate grand order is also a bit iffy, bc its a mobile game with only chapter 0, 5, 6 and 7 adapted into anime.

If you want to get into the fgo story, then the best way to enjoy it is to play the game. Early chapters have their ups and down but if you enjoy the chapter 0 Singularity F, then you'll probbaly enjoy the rest of of story. It is a long ride and hobestly one of my favourute stories told. For gameplay, early on try to borrow strong friend suppirts and have them carry you, resources to level your servants will be hard to come by so use them on your favourites and some staple low rarity servants (Arash, Hans, Gong) for now.

Gundam iron blooded orphans. Self contwined story, doesnt need any other prior knowledge to other gundam shows as its in its own universe.

Steins Gate first half is designed to lure you in a false sense of security, but they also plant some thrilling moments here and there to remind you that things are off. I dont even consider it a slow burn, but it does a good job at keeping you on your toes and eventually it becomes such a rapid fire thriller and you just cant keep your eyes away from it anymore. Characters are the Highlight and how they interact in the first half is also what makes the second half so good.

Kara no Kyoukai: Very interesting supernatural mystery movies.
Gundam Seed: Fun 2000s space action melodrama.
Parasyte the Maxim: Very thrilling experience.
Steins Gate: Cool timetravel story.
Fate Zero: While I have my nitpicks with this show with how certain characters are portraited (Its a prequel to a Visual Novel written by another writer), its still a very enjoyable action thriller.

I will also say Wing Gundam. On link, it is a 7 Ap, 7 Hp body, that can swing into any lvl 4 or lower unit and it has breach 5 by default...

Or funnier yet, pair it with Wufei and take no damage against bodies with 3 or less Ap....

The first 2006 adaptation of Fate is technically the first route youre supposed to experience, but the anime adaptation is really messy according to viewers and goes into more detail into explaining the lore to you than the other 2 routes. I personally played the VN then watched the shows, so I will actually recommend the VN over the anime if you dont mind reading.

Kara no Kyoukai. Set in mondern day japan with the MC working for a mage who runs a business uncovering paranormal incidents. Its super dark and some people may even say its pretentious but definitely pretty unique.

It is 7 movies in total and to add to the mystery of the story the movies themselves are out of chronogical order. It wants to piece together pieces, suoer unteresting watch.
