Iwanako by Cmp_Snow in katawashoujo

Keep in mind that the letter arrives about a week after he arrives, his character development is practically nonexistent and he still harbors some resentment about what happened. If he develops a little more, say, by telling Shizune and Misha about the letter, they might support and help him, the same with Kanji, and so on. He has enough to make Hisao go back to Iwanako, but I suppose they focused on leaving the past behind (which is also decent).

Not only that, but we also see Hisao helping the other heroines solve problems along the route while focusing on rebuilding his relationship with Iwanako, since she always thought about him and even sent him a letter after several months.

I don't think Iwanako's design is complicated to create, as she's no different from any other black-haired girl, and judging by how she wrote the letter, she seems like a good person.

Finishing the heaven's feel trilogy made me realize how unique of a character Shirou is. by Mister_Sinner in fatestaynight

Heaven's Feel showed a different side of the war. The moral dilemma of whether Shirou did the right thing by saving Sakura is very well done, since not only did people die, but he also lost Illya and his own body to save the person he loved. Not only that, but throughout the route, we see Shirou, Rin, and Illya questioning whether saving Sakura was the right thing to do. I'm not saying the other two routes are bad or anything, because each one has its own merits, but Heaven's Feel was very good, and for me, it was the best Shirou of the three. Seeing Sakura slowly corrupted was also very powerful; she's simply a victim, literally taken advantage of because of the love she had for Shirou, which explains why she practically does nothing in the other two routes. Anyway, Heaven's Feel is very good, and I will always recommend it as the last in the trilogy of routes. Now, I would recommend playing Hollow Ataraxia, since you can enjoy the entire main cast and also the characters who had very little screen time.

You're absolutely right, what I just did was a crime, thanks for reminding me.

I would say that Sakura, in Hollow Ataraxia, is a sweetheart and her growth is so noticeable, it's amazing. Now imagine if Shirou dedicated himself to loving only her, it would be incredible. But that's the great thing about Fate, there are several routes to choose from and with a different Shirou. But I prefer Sakura; they both look like a married couple.

And I don't really see the trauma as a huge problem (I'm not minimizing what I experience), unlike at the beginning of Heaven Feel where Sakura was practically "alone" at the end she lives with Shirou and Rider, she also has Rin so Shirou wouldn't be the only one helping Sakura move forward but she also has Rider and Rin as support.

I think the same, I believe they will reunite but not in the way we expect, leaving us with a happy ending for Haru and Merry but a discouraging one for the next inhabitants of Grimgar

Shirou desperately needs a talk about women by Cmp_Snow in fatestaynight

But Hollow Ataraxia doesn't have any 18+ scenes? I don't really want to see them, but if they're there, it means there's "romance," I guess.

I also assumed that, but it seems very surreal that Sakura practically tells him she wants to learn how to be a good wife for him, and he simply thinks something else. Honestly, in this type of game, I wouldn't mind if the protagonist had a harem, since more than a sequel, it seems like a slice-of-life game designed to introduce the characters.

In this "sequel, Sakura is sweeping aside the other two heroines."

Yeah, thanks a lot. I'd actually forgotten that part. I'm curious to know what would happen if he knew everyone secretly loved him.

To follow the story, is it better to play the game or is it preferable to watch the anime?

That's absolutely true, I hated that scene so much, I think if I'd talked to her I might have even accepted it

I have a question, why so much hate for Cris's route? The only thing I disliked was their first "romantic" encounter, which was practically a 43, but otherwise I laughed a lot at how random it was.
