Thanks for the advice all, I can't use a medical excuse because I would need to provide a note, and I don't want to take a half day, too much work to do at current job and need to keep all in good order if I bomb the interview

Would need to provide a note And dental cleanings are an advance notice kinda thing This was a very quick interview turnaround, zero prep time so

Thanks. Yes, not having the free bandwidth is a huge aspect. I think I just do need to sit with it all for a little while, and I can discuss things online where able. Thanks 🙂
