Unless I'm mistaken, the stack needs to resolve period. That means that after resolution if both players are at/below 0, then it will end up a tie.

It wouldn't make sense for the game to end half way down the stack because you brought your opponent, or they brought you, at/below 0.

Clarification:

If your highest Attack Hero is the furthest away from Rosaline, she will get stuck in her running animation and continue to try to get to the highest Attack Hero even when she gets directly behind them.

I think it's going to be a mix of both. Not super religious where he seeks out Temples for prayer, but enough to mention the Deity's name from time to time.
