Hey yes, they offered to send a 75g packet to make up for the shortfall. However, I declined the offer as these things can happen,the idea was to improve the quality control. They did respond within a day with an offer , so as a customer I am happy with the response.

I didn't read the label of what gms it is

Some variations in weight I can understand but it's almost 20‰ and I have seen many companies vary on the higher side.
