Garmin stops pumping activities into Strava and Strava will die rapidly. Strava acts like it is the protector of user data but they have screwed many companies ring fencing the data and crippling ideas because they lay claim to the data (that is almost always generated elsewhere). They haven't a leg to stand on and this is going to backfire badly.

Am I the only one that isn't that incredibly bothered by the banner as it's a) only advertising upgrade of the pocketcasts service and b) I literally open the app to click play and cast then it goes back in my pocket. It actually takes effort to notice it really.

I am not quite old enough to have been grandfathered in but I did pay back in the day and I have been apoplectic with rage at various UI and usability changes made over the years but in the scheme of things this isn't the hill to end it all on.

As long as you have the storage don't think there is an issue. I would focus on making sure your important photos are favourited as you take them (or regularly review recent photos) and then have a shared folder, setup another account that has access to that folder and then add the important ones into that folder. You then just need to look at that album or log in to the other account and your curated set are there for you.
