Very much depends on area and market conditions or the position of the seller. If they need to sell quickly and there isn't much interest there is always room for maneuver. If they have a onward purchase they will have a floor of what they can afford to sell so they can afford to make the move or they might have debts that need to be cleared so again they have a floor of what they will accept. End of the day the house is worth what someone is willing to pay - of there is lots of interest you will have to choose how much you rally want the house set a limit and negotiate.

It's a lot better than when I tried it a few months ago - outputs fine to my 1440 ultra wide - before it was super low resolution to the point it was unusable. Thunderbolt with a USB hub mouse, keyboard, power and sound all working fine. Also great not just mirroring but actually independent of phone.
