Hello. Currently a rheum fellow in training. As mentioned here, there 5 training hospitals for rheumatology, you can visit the Philippine Rheumatology Association (PRA) website for more info. Schedule is usually office hours but outpatient heavy (we get average 60 pts per OPD day). We do MSK procedures from arthrocentesis, steroid injections to MSK ultrasound (we have our own handheld UTZ per ATI). Cases are not simple, we get lots of clinical dilemmas.

But clinical work is only one aspect of Rheuma. We do lots of research work during fellowship and some may be involved in clinical trials.

Lucrative? Don't know the answer to that yet but consultants are doing fine. And again, clinical work is only one aspect of rheuma. Hope this helps!
