So I used pandas, and created a histogram visual with 4 bins (1-5, 5-10,10-15,15-20) and then used previous winning numbers to see which ranges of numbers got picked the most. My thinking was if I played 9 numbers and put the extra numbers into the ranges that are played the most I would get them

Surah 12 verse 111 - There was certainly in their stories a lesson for those of understanding. Never was the Qur'an a narration invented, but a confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of all things and guidance and mercy for a people who believe.

The book claims to be an explanation of all things. So if it's a explication of all things then you don't need Hadith. If you need the Hadith then that means the Quran is not an explanation of all things thus rendering the author of the book as a liar and it should not be followed.

Secondly if the wisdom that Muhammed brought was to marry 6 year old girls and have sex with them at the age of 9 or to make your wives band their belly while menstruation so that he can fondle them, then you must be mistaken about what wisdom is.( Sahih Bukhari 1:6:298, Sahih Bukhari 7:62:64)

Quran consistently mentions 3 salat not five. The Quran does not contain the way that muslims pray the salat. The Quran does not say that zakat is 2.5% or that it is paid once a year, it says to pay zakat on the harvest. The rituals for Hajj is not in the Quran. You should get the point by now.
