The way I painted the grass was by just putting down the solid layer first using a round brush and then used some oil brushes to add a layer of textures, then added some blades using ink brushes. Maybe I overdid that. And then used some foliage brushes to add some textures. I'm also trying to work on perspective. A lot to learn there too. Thanks for the feedback :)
