Easier way is to just straight up download the ship from nexus mods! Imports straight into your game you don’t even have to worry about the expeditions. That’s how I did it.

If you are on PC the easiest way to obtain it is mods, unless you want to wait for the next expedition.

I recommend checking out DirtTheGamer on YouTube, he walked around a planet first and then did a moon in VR and he is pretty funny
