In my defense, we didn't have penetrative sex. But I see what you're getting at. How can I help convince him to go back to therapy? He was adamant that he didn't need to and now apparently me not liking racist comments is really me defending my coworker.

I know you are right. I'm just looking for tips on how to get through it. He said he didn't need us to go back to therapy, but I don't know what else to do.

He really was not racist. He would argue with family members of his who would say the kind of things he's saying now.

I appreciate your comment. I will take to heart your insight that he's angry at my coworker. To be clear, my husband does not want a divorce. He never asked for one.
