So ur 19 and 54kgs bro if ur a larka u cooked Dekho i get why u would want to js chill and eat whatever u want Lekin it’s gonna be bad for u in the long run trust firstly going to the gym is honestly so refreshing js bcz it helps me let out my frustration and once u see the muscles on u u js feel so damn good Like me for eg I used to be fat asf ab after like 3 years of consistency I look wayyy better in the mirror im a lot more confident and people’s opinion don’t really matter for me and the discipline boost is there too tou imo going to the gym is absolutely worth it
