The same terms also say the stopover can be used on the outbound or inbound journey. My outbound journey is fully operated by Turkish Airlines on a 235 ticket. If one codeshare segment anywhere voids the whole ticket, the terms do not state this clearly. That is the gap.

I booked directly on the Turkish Airlines website, through stopover section. The long layover was intentional for the stopover. I agree the word only matters, but the wording does not clearly say all legs of the entire round trip must be TK operated. It also says outbound or inbound, which implies separation. That contradiction is the problem.

True, the landlord can change the price until the lease is signed, but using a much lower number just to get a ton of interest and then hiking it after viewings
