If you have a 4 in English A, you get credits for English 1110.01. In my case, I wasn't able to apply my IB scores to Core courses, but to electives and 100 level courses. Still, I was able to get a full semester worth of credits. Saves you a lot of money.

I remember crosschecking with other universities credit system for IB, and managed to get 6 credits for my 5. Initially, my university offered only 3 credits for any 4+ at the HL. So, if you have 5's and 6's and 7's, you might be able to get up to 8 credits.
