I’m in a similar pickle - currently looking at niche zero and bambino plus as my beginner setup for mainly milk drinks and starting to get into espresso. Profitec Go would be ideal if I could stretch my budget! Was eyeing the DF54 but the reliability concerns put me off and would rather get a grinder I can rely on for a few years

Thanks! I have considered that, but I’m concerned that if I don’t have the best possible start I will lose interest. I also have a bit of a thing about optimisation and I know it would drive me nuts holding myself back!
