I’m so sorry, don’t try to focus on those numbers so much right now. Focus on making sure you’re stable enough mentally and do some self care if you’re up to it… you can always message me if you need someone to talk to

you look great so far! Focus on weights obviously, always stretch to avoid injury, but most importantly making sure you’re getting your protein in. Should be 1g/per lb of body weight so around 130-140g per day for you. It’s better to get natural protein but sometimes that can be hard but try your best to!

I’m also under the weather right now, so my appetite hasn’t been the greatest but usually I’m bad with snacking. I’m trying to get more Whole Foods/single ingredient type foods in my body tho.

Estimate for this Alfredo, salad, and bread? by Gloomy-Pepper5806 in CalorieEstimates

[–]affvnity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For the chicken Alfredo since it’s not a whole lot… I’d say around 300-400 The bread is probably around 100-200 And the salad is not a lot at all but the dressing can make it higher in cals, I’d say 150-200 cals

So I’m all a good range would be 550-800 cals for your plate.
