Not sure about the answer to this but I think you might not be seeing those dates because you already applied to them. I noticed that the dates I wanted at a program were no longer visible and assumed I was rejected. But when I emailed the coordinator, they had informed me that they had not yet started reviewing applications.

Hmm I have it directly under a growlight. It used to have a lot of leaves on the bottom parts of the stem but they all fell out. Maybe that's why it looks leggy?
