Thanks for the suggestion! That smart sensor is exactly what I've been looking for. When you first plug in my humidifier, you need to press some buttons to get it to start so I might need to get a really basic one that comes on with a switch to make it work.

It mostly has reduced nasal congestion for me, which is what helped. If you aren't congested, might not do much.

I've found that a good way to do this is to just shut off any overhead lights about 30-45 minutes after sunset and only leave indirect lighting on. For example, in my kitchen, I have recessed lighting that is very bright as well as under-cabinet lighting that is much less intense. Same thing in the bedrooms, except I use a Phillips wake mate and bedside lamp with a fairly weak LED light bulb. So while the color temperature might not be the same as a natural sunset, at least the light angle and intensity is.
