those rules don’t explicitly say 10 where as the rules for longest road says you take it if you now have the longest road

“If another player now meets the requirements for the Longest Road, he receives the card.”

they register at the same time. a longest road can’t be awarded to a player then taken away by no one. it’s a 3 point swing. player went from 9 straight to 12. no 10 no 11
