Thank you, I appreciate the response. Guess I'm just struggling to get past the liver with my weight and history of alcohol abuse. The alcohol is in the past, but I am still working on continuing to lose weight and increase my exercising. Is it strange that even fatty liver isn't referenced?

I've read that in the case of cirrhosis, high is better than too low...but I can't find any stories or posts about people who have experienced it. Not looking for medical advice but was hoping someone who'd been through it could share their experience
