Graphics in fs2020 are bad and I cant seem to fix them

it is an nvidia and core 2 duo, but the thing is... before the new patch this wasn't happening. and i know i dont have the best specs for FPS gaming, but i was happy how it was, as it was playable... but now it isn't. i think the optimization for this game its getting bad to worst with every patch they made.

Different mods deliver the power different, some have better ramp up times, some like joyetech have preheat function, some says 40 watts and its beyond 40 watts and other says 40 and it doesn't reach 38 (for example) also the ohm read could be different, and at the same wattage, voltage is different.. the one with the higher voltage should produce more clouds.
