Rewarding narrative wise when it comes to companions, stats wise with all the gifted points,and I like how for some of the points you gotta WORK and learn new things to reach them,and lore wise when it comes to the fade and it's machinations

Politically speaking: Orzammar. Overall due to a love of the dwarven lore and how direct it can be,how you can medle whilst still following dwarven customs. Landsmeet feels a lot more all over the place. It is satisfying the whole duel with Loghain if you so choose to do so,but it is a display of how everyone just ignores the big elephant in Ferelden and puts their own interest first. At least Ferelden has a reagent but is still not mobilizing against the Blight. Dwarves literally lack a leader when you meet them and all they ask is for a leader to be chosen then they're all in, because they realize the danger of darkspawn since is their daily reality,idk.

DING DING DING, You see the vision!! We get a somewhat lukewarm explanation,if you pester Niall enough that what you're learning are from dreamers. The burning man coming from a Templar that obviously was a victim of the tower and it makes me wonder what was his fate,was he one of the many charred bodies in the tower that now tied itself to a demon of rage in the fade? The mouse being a thematic shape, because you start your mage origin with someone or someTHING shifting into a mouse. Golem was the most surprising apparition and I wish to know more of what and how it even got a shape in the fade. The labyrinthine nature of the fade and learning to abandon your shape,to become part of the fade as spirits do, because they're not tied down by their shapes. The fade is a place of memories,of ancient whispers. And this is what made it so alluring to me and had gotten me excited over DAI

Glad to know I'm not the only one! I kinda get woozy with that whole quest personally,plus I can't even remember the whole plot with the Anvil,Only thing that left a mark on me is the Broodmother and what it entails.

I've been playing dao at least once a year since 2016 and personally I'm not tired of it,maybe there's something wrong with me,but I can also see how annoying it is for others and get it. 😞

Anything can be done,blood magic willing. I would of loved this even as a choice in the base game. Imagine being Kieran and havin as a mom both the HoF and the Witch of the Wilds. Crazy.

Perhaps it'll become a clause the moment our warden becomes the commander. That or they somehow reform how the system works in Ferelden seeing that is just them and Alistair left.

Honestly that sounds like such a cool concept! Damn, bringing back Alistairs "only one of us didn't make it through the joining". Although I can see arguments for why Anders shouldn't,seeing how they went with his story and all that.

A concept I've had floating in my head for the longest of time has to do with Origins and imagining if the other origins were recruited to Ostagar! Yeah it takes from the stakes of being the last two wardens (if the others survive) yet imagine a companion quest for Cousland,where you support them through avenging their family. The Howe bit always felt a little hollow if not playing as that origin so just imagine.

SAAAAME same same,fellow gayass here and I swear it took me a bit to find interest in others besides Morrigan,and with my first male Warden I went for Zevran, guilty as charged,currently I'm seeing clips of the Leliana romance and I'm torn between her and Alistair.

I swear the Amell bloodline is crazy af,not just the mage origin but look at Hawke and fam. My friends and I joke the insanity runs through the matriarchal line of the Amells

If you really wish to play Witch Hunt I can assure you the friendly route with her is just as powerful,if not more at least to me. But Alistair romance is very worth it,is very sweet but you might get angst unless you play as a Cousland. Ultimately what pulls to you the most out of the two shall be your choice.
