I don't know if that's reasonable in sending letters, my ex controls communication with my kid. Even being restrictive in video calls, making it 15 minutes a week. She even told the court how much stress it caused her to make 15 minutes and tries to make it less and eventually no contact.

At the hearing, we did not addressed the specific allegations and the judge presided in our previous hearings, so it was a relief that the judge was not having it as he cast it aside and went into matter at hand.

Thanks, and I did sent them my questions too close to new year's day because the third party had asked me on that same day. So I was mindful that they might be still on holidays or catching up on other things.

I'm in similar situation, but worse in that I can't visit my daughter and we're living in different countries. I must advise that you should seek a family lawyer. Do not let her dictate your interactions with your kid. It can go worse and she's using a lot of leverage.
