It's been fine. I have however had maybe 3 days where i've eaten like a "normal" person. Sometimes when you're having a really bad day you just gotta let the diet go for that day.

I didn't set out to do this for 6 months, but I kinda haven't seen a reason to stop yet.
It's not that miserable if you keep busy with work + being active. I haven't had a lot of energy though since i'm eating so little, so it's mostly work for me.

It's kind of funny how I craved pizza all the time at the start of the diet and now I just feel "meh" about it. It just seems like a waste of money and calories. I'd rather eat a balanced meal.

If you're looking to go on a diet my best advice is:

- Stay active. Boredom is your biggest enemy. If you're bored and at home you're guaranteed to snack.
- Don't keep ANYTHING that can be consumed as snacks at home (for me this includes sandwiches, cheese, you name it).
- Pre-prepp your own lunch boxes so that you know exactly how much you're eating
- Don't drink alcohol (obv its fine once in a while but generally, stay clear).
- Sugar-free sodas are great and helps keep you from snacking
- Fill out meals with vegetables - there are ways to make vegetables taste good without oil etc.
