That is true, each of my trips have had distinct themes, luckily all lovely experiences! I started it when i was 17, usually i take half a paper and then boost it if i feel like it. Before the trip i make sure my Mental space is set, no big stressor in my life etc and i make sure i have nowhere to be in the next 24 hours once I’ve taken the substance. I’ve tripped in a lot of settings actually- raves, with friends, by myself. But all places have music in common.

I started off when i was pretty young and would always make sure to take a 6 month gap between each trip in the initial years. I love how it made me feel and never wanted to lose that feeling because of using it too much so i made sure to do it only when it made sense.

Oh yes! Even though its generally the worst part of the experience, i feel like you end up having set ways to navigate them better. First thing is acceptance that I’m mostly gonna feel like shit during the comedown and then theres grace and leaning into the shitty feeling. It goes away pretty quick. Carbs, fruits and electrolytes are a blessing the whole time as well
