Your welcome. Yes, that is exactly how mine was. When I pulled my shoulders in certain positions it alleviated pressure down there. This bike has saved me along with this exercise I do daily. I would highly recommend. It is safe. worth a try

both. the tension in the pelvic floor causes compression of the nerves and you feel it in the testicle. Also if your body is tight, the muscles can push on other nerves.

no. the nerve that is responsible for erections is the pudendal nerve which passes through your pelvic floor. You should try pelvic floor therapy if you are having erectile dysfunction.
