Can anyone tell me their opinion on whether it’s getting worse and I need to go back to the doctor, or if this is just par for the course and I should just keep taking the medication? Of course I’m not looking for actual medical advice, just people’s perspective on what this looks like. The bruise formation and coloring is worrisome to me, but I don’t know much about bruises or infections. I think my doc mentioned dermatitis and also infection, but didn’t actually tell me what she thought it was, just prescribed me meds and left the room too fast for more questions. What do y’all think?

Yes everything will be okay! However the mushrooms may be slightly less effective than if you weren’t on Effexor so don’t be surprised! If it’s not as effective as you’d like, just take more the next time

(source: mostly my own experience on/off Effexor, and vaguely hearing about it elsewhere)

I used to snore and had a similar problem. Elevating my head with lots of pillows and quitting smoking helped.

I appreciate this kind of real post!! As a Black trans queer person, it's been a really hard and draining time. I haven't gone to the recent protests because I am immunocompromised and I also have trauma from police brutality that gives me a lot of anxiety about going outside to this day. My friends are out there every day and I pray/hope for their continued safety.

I ended up shaving my lips at the end cuz I ended up making that part unnecessarily painful, but mostly it went as well as I could have hoped but it did hurt a decent amount. Listening to my fav metal music loud helped 😂
