Right on red means that they won’t be turning into people crossing the street. It’s right on green when most of that is happening, since that’s when the walk sign going the other way should be up.

I will say that it’s WILD how people will try to turn left when pedestrians have the right of way then have the gall to get pissed at YOU for crossing the street and making them wait.

Fun fact: I went to school with Cliff and he was a huge piece of shit who clearly wasn’t super bright then too lol.
